A rich, deep red color with notes of raspberry, blueberry, and boysenberry, along with a touch of leather and black pepper. It’s full-bodied and packed with flavor, featuring smooth, supple tannins and a round, velvety finish. You’ll also catch hints of blue fruit, vanilla, and a warm cinnamon spice from the oak.
Winemaking: Estate Cabernet with 5% Petit Verdot, 5% Cab Franc, and 15% Sangiovese. Aged for 18 months in 30% new French oak.
Pairs well with steak, BBQ, stew, pasta, and pizza.
