Aged for six months in neutral oak barrels, it finishes with a mineral-driven freshness that makes it both expressive and easy to enjoy.
Winemaking: Sourced from Jack Ranch. Aged for six months in one and two year oak & neutral oak. Then aged in bottle for 1.5 years.
