2022 Tres Coyotes (Estate CS, CF + CP)

One of a kind blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Pfeffer.  Cab Franc is the most concentrated, giving the fullest aromatics of blue fruit. Cab Sauv brings traditional notes of plum, tobacco and black currant. Cab Pfeffer is less tannic, with a peppery finish. A unique blend with a soft tannic structure.

Delicious notes of blueberry, boysenberry, black currant, vanilla and tobacco. Aged with 20% new French oak, soft spices with elegant tannins.

Winemaking: Aged for 18 months in 20% new French oak.

Pairs well with: grilled steak, sautéed mushrooms, roasted beets, dark chocolate
