2022 Estate Cabernet Franc

Beautifully earthy and herbaceous aromatics. Dark stone fruit, forest floor, hints of leather. Aged with 100% neutral oak, full bodied with rich firm tannins. 

Winemaking: 100% Estate Cab Franc, only 42 cases made.  Aged for 18 months in 25% new French oak. 

Pairs well with: coq a vin, prime rib, bolognese pasta, creamy cheeses
