2022 Chardonnay

Pale straw color, nose of Asian pear, pineapple, hints of Mango with some citrus.  Full and rich mouth feel with elegant notes of vanilla coming from the French oak barrel.  Cool climate Chardonnay showing the tropical flavors of Edna Valley with fresh acidity.

Winemaking:  Farmed sustainably and barrel fermented.  Aged for nine months in 20% new french oak.

Pairs well with refreshing salads, seafood, hard and soft cheese, and roasted chicken.
