2021 Pinot Noir:

2021 Reserve Pinot Noir: 

Moving slightly deeper in color and flavor, is our 2021 Reserve Pinot Noir. This wine offers a more complex palate, with intensified fruit flavors and refined tannins. A very elegant nose with lots of red and black cherry and notes of plum, fresh strawberry, forest floor, and cola. Palate is very sophisticated with lots of red fruit, sweet vanilla from the French oak. The deeper ruby hue hints at its richer taste, making it a delightful progression from the classic Pinot Noir.


2021 Estate Cabernet Franc: 

For those seeking a wine with a unique character, the 2021 Estate Cabernet Franc delivers. With its darker shade of red and herbaceous notes of forest floor and leather, this wine offers a distinctive profile. Aged in 100% neutral oak, this wine is full bodied with rich firm tannins. The hints of dark stone fruit with a touch of greenness creates an exciting and unconventional experience.


2021 Estate Old Vine Zinfandel: 

Moving along the spectrum, the 2021 Estate Old Vine Zinfandel has a deep crimson hue. This wine is known for its intense fruitiness and rich aromatics, often showcasing dark plum, cherry, and jammy flavors. Aged with 50% new French Oak, this wine is balanced by a touch of spice.


2021 Tres Coyotes - Estate Cabernet Blend:

Our 2021 Tres Coyotes - Estate Cabernet Blend is a one of a kind blend that combines the richness of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Pfeffer. The resulting wine features layers of flavors, from dark berries to hints of soft spices and tobacco, all wrapped in a deep, garnet-colored package.


2021 Cabernet Sauvignon: 

As we transition into deeper shades of red, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon makes its entrance. With its characteristic rich dark red color and fuller body, this wine introduces us to bolder flavors of dark fruits like blueberry and boysenberry, accompanied by notes of leather and black pepper. Its velvety texture and structured tannins make it a true red wine classic.

2021 Estate Reserve: 

As we approach the darker end of the spectrum, the 2021 Estate Reserve is a complex Bordeaux inspired wine. With a touch of Sangiovese, this wine has fresh acidity and qualities of fruit forwardness. The tannic structure offers beautiful age ability. Bordeaux-forward aromatics, with bright acidity and fresh fruit notes. Cherry, raspberry, blackberry, cassis, subtle smoke and spice. Aged in 40% new French oak, strong but refined and balanced tannins. 


2021 Petit Et Grand - Estate Petite Sirah & Petit Verdot:

Our journey culminates in the deepest and most concentrated fruits on the estate, the 2021 Petit Et Grand - Estate Petite Sirah & Petit Verdot. Notes of blueberry, boysenberry, vanilla, baking spice, and dark chocolate. Aged in 100% neutral French oak, this wine has balanced tannins and rich, indulgent dark fruit.
